Scapa is one of the few Orkney distilleries, known for its unpeated, creamy and fruit-forward style shaped by long bourbon cask maturation. Over 34 years in wood deepens this character, bringing rich layers of honeyed malt, citrus and dried orchard fruit with spice and oak warmth.

Tasting Notes
Nose
Rich ginger spice opens the nose, giving way to honeyed malt and ripe exotic fruits. Lighter citrus notes shimmer with a touch of dried apricot and aniseed, evolving into a subtly spicy, alluring bouquet.
Palate
Sweet and creamy on the palate, white chocolate laces with zesty orange and ripe white peach, crowned by a prickle of black pepper. Rich orchard fruit mingles with gentle spice, finishing with a warm, lingering sweetness.
Finish
Long finish with lingering btterscotch, oak and delicate herbal influences.
