Creamy vanilla and orchard fruits unfold, with a gentle whisper of peat smoke emerging alongside honeyed citrus, toasted oak, and a soft maritime breeze.

Palate

Silky, creamy on the palate with orchard fruit—pear and apple—laced with vanilla and a touch of honey. A restrained peated nuance emerges as gentle smoke, perfectly balanced beside the sweetness. Medium-bodied, it glides to a soft, lingering finish where the fruit and a whisper of peat leave a refined memory.

Scapa
(SKAA-pa) Scapa was founded in 1885 on the shores of Scapa Flow near Kirkwall, making it one of Orkney’s long-established distilleries as well as one of the most northerly in Scotland. Scapa is one of only two distilleries on the island of Orkney, offering a stark contrast to its neighbour, Highland Park. Unlike the peated style of Highland Park, Scapa produces an unpeated whisky matured exclusively in ex-bourbon casks, resulting in a lighter, creamier, and fruitier profile.
