Tasting Notes
Nose
Sherry-kissed on the nose, with dark plum and dried fig mingling with honeyed apple and citrus zest. Toasted almond, vanilla and a trace of cocoa unfold, all lifted by a saline sea-air and warming oak backbone.
Palate
Silky and generous on the palate, this single-cask whisky coats with orchard fruits and honeyed sweetness, then unfolds rich sherry-enhanced notes of fig, raisin and roasted almond. Spices—cinnamon and cocoa—bring warmth, with a whisper of sea salt. A robust oak backbone carries a long, luxurious finish.
