Powerful and opulent, the palate is dense with peat smoke, mineral brine and a warming kiss of oak. Sherry notes of fig, raisin and dark chocolate weave through sea salt and peppery spice, while a velvety, full-bodied texture coats the tongue. The finish lingers with charcoal smoke, leather, and orange zest, slowly fading to salted caramel.
