Intense Islay peat, smoky and medicinal, rises with sea-salt and iodine. Layered beneath, lush sherry sweetness from Oloroso and PX—fig, raisin and dark chocolate mingle with toasted nuts. Vanilla and mocha weave through the velvety peat, a bright whisper of orange zest adding lift, yielding a rich coastal-aromatic profile with opulent cask depth.

Palate

On the palate, waves of intense peat smoke mingle with lavish sherry sweetness from Oloroso and PX. Dark raisin, fig and cocoa mingle with toffee and orange zest, while a maritime saltiness and ash nuance the mid-palate. Spice, leather and a touch of chocolate lift the texture, delivering a velvety mouthfeel that resolves in a long, smoky finish with refined oak and lingering sweetness.

Finish

Long, dramatic finish where peat smoke clings to the tongue, braided with Oloroso and PX sweetness. Dark fruit, fig and chocolate emerge, tempered by toasted oak and a touch of leather. The warmth lingers as a resinous, mineral glow, with a final wave of spice and salted caramel fading slowly.
