Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold highlights.
Nose
Sherry-rich and opulent, the nose opens with dark prune, fig and raisin mingling with cocoa, milk chocolate and toasted almond. Hints of orange zest, vanilla and a vein of polished oak lend sweetness and depth, while subtle leather and spice add a refined, old-world elegance.
Palate
Silky, sherried palate with dried plum, fig and cherry fruit, wrapped in cocoa, almond and toasted oak. Subtle spice—clove and cinnamon—and a touch of leather weave through a creamy, velvety texture. At 40%, it stays refined, finishing long with dark fruit, coffee and a warm, oak-inflected note.
Finish
An enduring, velvet finish that glides into warm spice and dried fruit. Rich cocoa and oak echo softly, as a sherried sweetness lingers, evolving into almonds and a whisper of smoke. The final impression is refined, generous and quietly persistent.
