Colour

Nose

Sherry-rich and opulent, with prune, fig and raisin weaving through orange zest, cocoa and toffee. Vanilla-coated oak, toasted almond and warm spice—cinnamon and clove—plus a whisper of tobacco and waxy resin. At 59% ABV, the aroma is vibrant, concentrated and inviting.

Palate

Silky and muscular, the palate delivers a dense sherry-driven core: dark raisin and fig mingle with orange zest, cocoa nibs and toasted almond. Spice—cinnamon and clove—drifts in, joined by a confident peppery warmth from 59% ABV. The mouthfeel is opulent and oil-rich, coating with a long, warming finish of burnt sugar, espresso, and oak.

Finish

Long, warming finish with spice and rich sherry. Dark fruit—fig and date—coats the palate with cocoa and polished oak, a trace of espresso. The warmth lingers, leaving a silky, chocolatey glow and a hint of orange zest.
