Glenlochy (silent) Rare Malts Selection Single Malt Scotch Whisky 25 Year Old · 1969 Vintage
Out of stock
Now "silent", Glenlochy was built at the turn of the century, in the shadow of Ben Nevis. This bottling is one of the last to come from its old direct coal-fired stills. Look for aromas of oak and roasted chestnuts, with more smooth creamy chestnut flavours on the palate and a big, dry finish.

Aromas of oak and roasted chestnuts rise in a warm, nutty bouquet, refined and inviting, hinting at a deeper richness to come.
Palate
Oak and roasted chestnut aromas translate to a creamy, chestnut-forward palate, where silky sweetness glides into a powerful, dry finish. Rich and full-bodied, with lingering oak and gentle spice.
