Colour

Nose

Palate

Silky, full-bodied and sherried, it unfurls dried fig, raisin and orange zest with dark chocolate and espresso, layered over rich oak and spice. The velvety texture carries peppery warmth from the high ABV into a long, resinous finish of leather and cocoa.

Long, warming and richly sherried, with dark fruit notes of prune and fig unfolding into cocoa and toasted oak. Spices—cinnamon and clove—linger beneath a bright, velvety presence from the 57.4% ABV, gradually tapering to a dry, oak-driven tail punctuated by leather and coffee bean.
