Palate

Oil-rich and full-bodied, it coats the palate with intense peat, iodine, and briny smoke, tempered by sherry-soaked dark fruit, cocoa, and vanilla. Spicy, warming, and long-lasting, with a lingering peat and salt echo.

Finish

Long, maritime finish with persistent peat, iodine and a whisper of charcoal smoke, tempered by a rich sherry sweetness. Resinous oak and dark treacle emerge, a touch of sea-salt, then peppery spice that lingers, slowly fading to warm, smoky ash and coastal brine on the tongue.
