Nose
Piercing maritime peat and iodine rise from briny coastal air, melded with bourbon-vanilla sweetness and sherry-oak depth. Dried-fruit notes of prune and fig linger, joined by cocoa, spice, and a whisper of cinnamon and clove.
Palate
Powerful peat and coastal brine dominate the palate, tempered by bourbon vanilla and toasted oak. Sherry cask influence adds fig, dried fruit, and cocoa, weaving spice—ginger and clove—through the heat. Rich, oil-rich mouthfeel, with a long, smoky finish that lingers with brine, sweetness, and a warming peppery lift.
