Tasting Notes

Nose

Salty lemon curd and vanillin smoke lead, edged by mineral iodine and peppery pear drops. Smoked cottage cheese lingers over chalky, soft, creamy oak, leaving a maritime, coastal-salt impression that hints at the peat-rich depth to come.

Palate

Peppery lime curd, sooty vanilla,pear drops from rock pools, salty coconut fudge, seafood shells, star anise, oily green olive dressing.

Finish

Salty green fruit, peppery vanilla, smoked kiwi, aniseed, drying into soapy/floral peat.
