Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber-gold with a warm copper glow and a touch of mahogany at the rim.

Nose

Salty lemon curd and vanillin smoke lead, edged by mineral iodine and peppery pear drops. Smoked cottage cheese lingers over chalky, soft, creamy oak, leaving a maritime, coastal-salt impression that hints at the peat-rich depth to come.

Palate

Peppery lime curd and sooty vanilla lead the palate, with pear drops from rock pools, salty coconut fudge, seafood shells, star anise, and an oily green olive dressing weaving a maritime, iodine-kissed profile.

Finish

Salty green fruit lingers with peppery vanilla, smoked kiwi and hints of aniseed. The finish dries into a soapy, floral peat, leaving a coastal, lingering impression.
