Nose
Sherry-matured aroma, lush with dried fruits—raisin, fig and plum—layered over creamy Strathclyde grain. Rich spice unfurls: cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, with toasted almond and a trace of dark chocolate. Velvet oak and vanilla weave through, delivering warmth, depth and a luxurious bouquet.
Palate
Silky and creamy, this Strathclyde layers sherried richness over a smooth grain base. Dark fruit—figs, raisins, dates—meets spice: clove, cinnamon, nutmeg, with touches of toffee, vanilla and toasted almond. The 52.1% ABV brings a mouth-coating warmth and an inviting, slightly oily texture that lingers with caramelized sweetness and spice.
Finish
Long, warming finish; sherry-drenched dried fruits meet a creamy Strathclyde grain. Raisin and fig sustain with cinnamon and clove, fading into smooth oak and a silky sweetness that lingers in soft, confident waves.
