Delicate and tropical at first, with pineapple and ripe banana taking the lead. Vanilla ice cream rises in harmony with a gentle drizzle of honey, all underpinned by a subtle flinty, mineral undertone.
Palate
Lightly oily on the palate, floral honey coats the tongue and yields soft cereal notes. Subtle drying oak spice and candied citrus peel unfold, carried by vanilla pod for quiet, lingering complexity.
Finish
Creamy and satisfying, banana milkshake notes linger, with subtle white pepper spice and a gentle butterscotch sweetness rounding out the finish.
