Colour

Deep amber with coppery highlights and mahogany undertones.

Nose

Sweet and inviting, this nose opens with cherry drops, vanilla and the soft sponge of Victoria cake, tempered by fresh herbal undertones. With a splash of water, jammy fruit, butter cream and a light lemonade effervescence emerge.

Palate

Pepper and wood spices lead the palate, followed by orchard fruits and tinned sweets. With water, darker fruits come to the fore—berries and cherry jam mingle with flying saucer sweets, finishing with a fresh floral lift.

Finish

Fresh floral finish with lingering cherry and berry sweetness, punctuated by a hint of confectionery candy that softly fades.
