Tasting Notes

Nose

Sweet and inviting, this nose opens with cherry drops, vanilla and the soft sponge of Victoria cake, tempered by fresh herbal undertones. With a splash of water, jammy fruit, butter cream and a light lemonade effervescence emerge.

Palate

Pepper, wood spices initially on the pallet followed by orchard fruits and tinned sweets. With water, darker fruits come to the forefront. Berries, cherry jam as well as flying saucer sweets and a fresh floral finish.
