Deep amber with coppery-bronze highlights and a warm ruby-gold glow.
Nose
Sweet and inviting, this nose reveals chocolate biscuits and Maltesers, underscored by candied nuts and maple syrup. Syrup sponge cake ribbons through, with raisin lending a dusky, fruit-forward depth.
Palate
Chocolate fudge cake drives the palate, laced with black and maraschino cherry. Flapjacks and oatmeal lend a toasty sweetness as wood spices and sandalwood weave through, with baking spices and a touch of pepper tightening the finish.
Finish
Warm, peppery finish punctuated by oak spice and toasted oak. Nutty pecan notes linger alongside dark chocolate, finished with a hint of cappuccino foam.
