Deep amber with a warm honey-gold core and coppery glints, like sunset-lit cognac in a glass.
Nose
Confectionary nose of almondy marzipan, bright orange zest and dark raisin, mingling like sugared cake. Hints of vanilla and polished oak from 23 years in a single hogshead lend warmth and depth.
Palate
Silky and confectionary, the palate reveals marzipan, orange zest and raisin in harmonious sweetness, with a bright citrus lift and a lingering dried-fruit finish.
Finish
Long, confectionary finish of marzipan and raisin persists, with bright orange zest weaving through the sweetness. A velvety, fruit-forward finale lingers, gradually fading to a warm, lingering glow.
