Tasting Notes

Nose

Exotic fruit notes of Kiwi, papaya and pineapple mingle with crème anglaise, custard cream biscuits and vanilla custard.

Palate

Kiwi fruits with a spicy Jalapeño kick. Glazed doughnuts and shortcake provide a cereal rich depth. Honey rich sweetness balances the zesty exotic fruit and chilli spice.

Finish

A clean and fresh finish that is short but rewarding with lime zest and candied fruits.
