Colour
Sun-kissed golden honey, with a pale straw tint and a warm amber glow.
Nose
Exotic fruit notes of Kiwi, papaya and pineapple mingle with crème anglaise, custard cream biscuits and vanilla custard.
Palate
Kiwi fruits with a Jalapeño kick; glazed doughnuts and shortcake lend a cereal-rich depth. A honeyed sweetness threads through, balancing the zesty exotic fruit with chilli heat.
Finish
Clean and fresh, the finish lingers only briefly, bright with lime zest and candied fruits, a crisp, rewarding finale.
