Palate
Silky, balanced palate weaving salted caramel with lush mango and a kiss of coriander seed spice. Sherry-influenced richness coats the mouth with refined oak, creamy texture and a long, elegant finish of toffee, fruit and spice.

Long and refined, the finish unfolds with warm salted caramel giving way to dried fruits and cocoa, a mango glow lingering on the palate. Coriander seed spice threads through, leaving a delicate, nutty sweetness and a lasting sherried warmth that slowly fades into a soft, elegant finish.
