Colour

Deep amber with copper-gold highlights and a mahogany undertone.

Nose

Rich, fruity nose of brambles and dark berry fruits, layered with comforting malt loaf, buttered toast and a kiss of brown sugar.

Palate

Fruity and rounded, the palate delivers stewed fruits with brambles and black cherries, a whisper of candy and strawberry liquorice, a sweep of maple syrup, finished with a delicate tobacco echo.

Finish

Long, cosy finish with notes of black forest gateaux, coffee, bramble jam and cherry compote, as sweet spice lingers.
