Colour

Deep burnished amber with coppery red glints and a hint of mahogany.

Nose

Opulent sherry perfume: dark raisin, fig and plum mingle with orange zest. Toasted almond and walnut add nutty depth, while rich toffee and cocoa layer with vanilla. A ribbon of spice—cinnamon and clove—lifts the malt, framed by the warm oak of first-fill Oloroso.

Palate

Opulent and full-bodied, it coats the palate with a velvety sheen. First-fill Oloroso delivers raisin, fig and orange zest, woven with toasted almond, cacao and a touch of toffee. Malt sweetness and oak spice mingle with a subtle maritime bite, leaving a warm, lingering finish rich in nutty, sherried depth.
