Colour

Palate

Sweet and chewy, packed with smoky embers and a hint of charred wood; water lifts the sweetness, releasing vanilla, caramel and a warming, lingering finish.

Finish

Long, warm finish of sweet tobacco and toasted oak, with ember smoke lingering on the palate. Vanilla and crème brûlée persist, while sherry cask influence adds dark fruit and cocoa depth, leaving a velvety, oak-dusted glow that lingers.
