Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold highlights and a warm mahogany glow.
Nose
Sweet, creamy aroma of panna cotta and mango sticky rice cloaks the senses, while lemongrass and warm nutmeg mingle with vanilla and ripe pear under a bow of baking spices.
Palate
Creamy, buttery mouthfeel with nougat and sugared almonds, seasoned by nutmeg and pink peppercorn. Orchard fruits mingle with lemon curd and vanilla, while icing sugar and butterscotch lend sweetness. A final kiss of spice lingers, balanced and polished.
Finish
An enduring, warming finish, where generous spice lingers with creamy yoghurt and vanilla, brushed with crème anglaise. Baked apple notes rise with sweet spices and candied cloves, leaving a soft, comforting glow.
