Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich amber-gold with coppery depths and a honey-warm halo that catches the light.
Nose
Creamy vanilla and polished oak rise, carrying a silken thread of toffee and honey. Dried apricot and almond paste mingle with lemon zest, while a delicate sherry whisper threads through, adding velvety spice and quiet warmth. A refined, mature grain perfume that lingers with timeless elegance.
Palate
Silky, full-bodied with a refined grain backbone. Rich dried fruit—fig and raisin—meets vanilla, toffee and caramel, all wrapped in sherry-tinged oak. Cocoa-nutty notes emerge as spice warms the palate, while a citrus lift keeps it bright. A long, elegant finish of almond, warm spice and polished oak lingers.
Finish
Long, luxurious finish—a warm, creamy wave of vanilla and honey that yields to dried fruits and toasted oak. The grain sweetness lingers with refined spice, softly tapering to a cocoa-kissed echo.
