Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery highlights and a warm, wine-like glow.
Nose
Silky and inviting, the nose exudes vanilla-soaked oak, honeyed toffee, and a creamy grain sweetness. Sherry-matured notes layer with dried apricot, raisin, and almond, while orange zest and a hint of spice lift the aroma into a bright, elegant finish.
Palate
Luscious, full-bodied palate of satin-soft creaminess and sherried richness. Caramelized toffee, dried fig, sultana and toasted almond mingle with vanilla, orange zest and subtle spice. Velvety mouthfeel, integrated oak, and a long, warming finish delivering cocoa and soft dark-fruit echoes.
Finish
An extravagant, lingering finish where sherry sweetness coats the palate—dark fruit, fig, and toffee—carried by elegant spice and polished oak. The warmth extends softly, fading to a velvet, cocoa-kissed afterglow that invites another sip.
