Colour

Nose

Sherry-drenched aroma of dark fruits—plum, fig, raisin—coats glossy oak and orange zest. Almond, vanilla and caramel mingle with malt sweetness, while cinnamon and clove spice flare softly. Hints of leather and cocoa nibs weave through, adding depth to a refined, velvety bouquet from a 26-year single cask.

Palate

Sherry-forward and richly textured, the palate coats with dark raisin and fig, orange marmalade, and velvety cocoa. Toasted oak and nutty notes weave through warm spices—cinnamon and clove—with a cocoa-dusted, fruit-forward finish. Long and refined, it carries a gentle ember of smoke and a touch of bitter almond. Non-chillfiltered at 50%, it remains generous, integrated, and mouth-coating.

Finish

Long, warming finish, sherry-rich and fruit-forward, with dark fig and cherry treacly notes giving way to cocoa-dusted oak. Spices—nutmeg and cinnamon—linger beside a soft leather undertone, slowly fading to a warm, dignified echo.
