Pedro Ximenez maturation brings rich dried fruit sweetness, dark sugar and gentle spice, complementing Blair Athol’s naturally robust Highland character. Known for its weight and depth, the distillery’s spirit works particularly well with sherry influence, resulting in a rounded, richly layered single cask expression.

(blair-ATH-oll) Blair Athol was founded in 1798 by John Stewart and Robert Robertson in Pitlochry, originally opening as Aldour after the Allt Dour burn. The early distillery closed soon after, before reopening in 1825 under the Blair Athol name. It later passed through several owners, including Peter Mackenzie, before Arthur Bell & Sons acquired the distillery in 1933.
