Nose
Sun-dried raisin, fig and prune lead the aroma, joined by date and plum. Rich PX sweetness unfurls as toffee, dark molasses and burnt sugar, while cacao nib and warm spice, cinnamon and clove, linger. Velvety oak threads through, with a subtle almond note, yielding a fruit-forward, wine-dark nose that hints at Blair Athol’s Highland depth.
