Palate

Immense peat smoke swathes the palate, with iodine, sea-salt and tar. An oily, full-bodied mouthfeel carries charred barley sweetness into dark cocoa, black pepper and a subtle coastal spice. A bright citrus zest moment flickers, then a long ember-dry finish; the 70% heat amplifies the medicinal peat, leaving smoky vanilla and dried fruit lingering.

Finish

Long, seaborne finish with peat smoke that lingers like ash on the tongue. Sherry-cask sweetness threads through dark fruit and cocoa, then reveals a warming peppery spine. Salted mineral notes and a hint of medicinal bite fade slowly, leaving a refined, lingering glow.
