Colour

Powerful peat smoke and coastal brine surge from the glass, chased by lemon zest and green apple. Sherry-cask warmth threads through vanilla and toffee, with hints of dried cherry and cocoa. A mineral, maritime spine and a bright alcohol lift lend a youthful, energetic scent.

Palate

Vibrant maritime peat invites the tongue, edged by citrus zest and a kiss of salt air. Sherried sweetness threads dried fruit, cocoa and almond through a waxy, full-bodied mouthfeel. Vanilla, pepper and oak spice rise with the heat, finishing long with peat, sea-salt and smoke.

Finish

Long, peaty finish with coastal smoke and a warm sherry undercurrent. Dried fruit, cocoa and spice linger, while the 62% ABV keeps a sustained, warming glow that gradually fades to a mineral, maritime echo.
