Colour

Deep amber with copper-gold sheen and mahogany undertones.

Nose

Opulent sherry aroma, a cascade of dark fruit—raisins, fig and stewed orange—brightened by roasted almond and marzipan. Rich toffee and Demerara sugar swirl with spice notes of clove and cinnamon, tempered by vanilla cream and oak. A breath of coastal peat threads through, adding complexity and a poised, lingering warmth.

Palate

Sherry influence coats the palate with fig, raisin and orange zest, folded into dark chocolate and toffee. Subtle peat adds a whisper of smoke and coastal salt, while vanilla and spice from the oak linger gracefully. A polished, velvet texture supports a long, drying finish with rancio depth and a final kiss of spice.

Finish

Long, sherry-rich finish with plush warmth. Dried fruit, fig and raisin unfold into cocoa and almond, tempered by oak spice. A whisper of peat smoke lingers as a velvety caramel-wood sweetness fades, inviting another thoughtful sip.
