Colour

Golden amber with honeyed warmth and coppery highlights.

Nose

Intense peat and coastal smoke lead the nose, edged with iodine and brine. Fresh barley notes sit atop vanilla and caramel sweetness, while lemon zest and toasted oak lend a bright, drying finish.

Palate

Boldly peated and maritime on the palate, with thick smoke, sea-salt tang and lemon zest cutting through. Sherry cask warmth adds red-fruit sweetness, raisin and cocoa, softly caramelized oak, then a long, warming finish of peat, spice and charred wood.

Finish

Long, peaty finish with a warming blaze from the high ABV. Smoke lingers alongside a delicate sherry‑inflected sweetness—dried fruit, cocoa and spice—while coastal salt and oak threads fade into a dry, persistent peppery finish.
