Palate

Rich, full-bodied palate drenched in oloroso influence: raisin and fig with dark chocolate, orange zest and toasted almond, intertwined with Kilchoman’s coastal peat. Velvety, slightly oily texture carries warmth from 50% ABV, finishing with drying spice, a touch of saline, and lingering cocoa-tinged smoke.

Finish

An opulent, long finish where peat smoke entwines with rich oloroso sherry, releasing dried fig, date and raisin into dark chocolate, toffee and toasted almond. Cocoa nibs mingle with a gentle spice as a saline, ember-warm glow lingers, gradually retreating to a refined, velvety aftertaste that coats the palate.
