Part of Kilchoman’s 20th Anniversary Cask Series, this 15-year-old ex-sherry cask expression was created by marrying five Oloroso butts filled between 2008 and 2009 and bottled in 2025 at 52.7% ABV with 3,153 bottles released.
The anniversary series celebrates two decades of farm-to-bottle whisky-making, with this sherry-matured edition showing rich dried fruit and spice layered with Kilchoman’s signature coastal peat, full body and warming depth.
