Tasting Notes
Colour
Luminous golden amber with coppery bronze undertones.
Nose
Elegant, sweet peat smoke, followed by waves of citrus and honey, finishing with notes of vanilla and salted caramel.
Palate
Bourbon-driven, 100% Islay opens with a malt-forward profile, moving to green apples and pears. A light spice threads through the middle, with raisin and toffee surfacing toward the finish for a softly sweet, lingering glow.
Finish
Peat smoke returns and lingers on the palate, an oily, creamy texture carrying notes of toffee and caramelised sugar.
