Colour

Nose

Peat smoke drifts with sea-salt breeze, orchard apples and apricot rising from the Calvados influence. Bourbon vanilla and caramel weave with Oloroso’s dark fruit—fig, raisin, treacle—creating a rich, decadent sweetness. A whisper of spice and almond seasons the air, while a saline coastal bite lingers.

Palate

Bold, peaty warmth coats the palate, with maritime smoke and mineral bite. Oloroso sweetness carries fig, raisin and cacao while vanilla-toffee from the bourbon cask adds richness. Calvados brings bright apple and pear, lightly spiced, then a long finish of oak, sea-salt echoes and lingering warmth.

Finish

Long, maritime finish with gentle peat and sherried sweetness. Calvados spice threads through the smoke, leaving orchard notes—apple and almond—along a warm vanilla–oak backdrop. The finish lingers softly, with a final whisper of spice as the smoke slowly fades.
