Kilchoman Rockside 11 Years Old is a single farm, single malt Islay whisky, grown, malted, peated, distilled, matured and bottled on Rockside Farm at Kilchoman. Distilled from barley grown on the farm more than a decade ago, it is lightly peated to 20ppm and matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks before bottling at 46% ABV.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Warm amber-gold with coppery hues and a sunlit, honeyed glow.
Nose
Orange zest and lemon peel rise with fragrant elderflower, crowned by a honeyed sweetness and a whisper of maritime smoke.
Palate
Citrus and tropical fruit lead the palate, supported by barley sugars and toffee apple, with a salted caramel sweetness weaving through, finishing with a hint of subtle peat smoke.
Finish
Butterscotch coats the palate, toasted walnuts add a nutty depth, while juicy citrus and stone fruits linger brightly on the finish, leaving a warm, softly sweet, subtly fruity finale.
