The 15th Edition of the 100% Islay range from Kilchoman showcases the distillery’s farm-to-bottle philosophy. Distilled from Concerto and Publican barley grown on-site and harvested in 2014 and 2015, this nine-year-old single malt was matured in 54 bourbon barrels and bottled at 50% ABV with a peat level of 20ppm.
Every stage, from cultivation to bottling, takes place at the distillery, highlighting its artisanal approach. With only 13,000 bottles released worldwide, this is a distinctive, limited whisky.

Colour

Nose
Coastal Islay peat and smoky malt lead, wrapped in vanilla and toffee from bourbon barrels. Sea air, iodine, and brine thread through the aroma, while malt sweetness and a hint of citrus brighten the core. Subtle ash and oak spice linger, finishing with a clean, maritime warmth.
Palate
Briny peat coats the palate with lemon zest and vanilla from the bourbon cask. Mid-palate reveals roasted barley, toffee, and a touch of salinity, balanced by subtle oak resin. A peppery coastal lift lingers into a long, smoky finish with maritime minerals.
Finish
Long, maritime finish with gentle peat and brine, braided with creamy vanilla and bourbon-soft oak. Subtle almond-toffee sweetness lingers, with bright citrus zest and a warming, peppery finish.
