Kilchoman
(kil-HO-man) Kilchoman was established by Anthony and Kathy Wills in 2005 at Rockside Farm on Islay’s west coast, becoming the first new distillery built on the island for more than 124 years. It remains independently family run, with the Wills family still closely involved in the business. Its farm distillery model is central to the site, particularly through the 100% Islay range, where barley is grown, malted, distilled, matured and bottled at Kilchoman.
