The distillery produces peated Islay single malt with a balance of maritime smoke, citrus, vanilla sweetness and cask richness. Kilchoman’s own floor-malted barley is peated to around 20ppm for the 100% Islay releases, while more heavily peated malt from Port Ellen Maltings is used for other expressions in the range. Core bottlings include Machir Bay, matured in bourbon and sherry casks, and Sanaig, alongside limited releases such as Loch Gorm and the annual 100% Islay editions.
