Matured in a combination of re-charred red wine casks, oloroso sherry butts and bourbon barrels, a few drops of water were added post maturation to produce a Batch Strength of 57% vol. The result is a colossal dram combining the natural peat smoke and citrus character of Kilchoman with dark fruits, rich spices and salted caramel sweetness.

Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold highlights and subtle mahogany undertones.
Nose
Red fruits and fresh cherries mingle with heather blossom, while an intense peat smoke lingers, giving a buoyant, smoky invitation to the palate.
Palate
Toffee and vanilla lead the palate, entwined with rich spices, finished by a lasting peat smoke.
Finish
Silky, lingering finish coats the palate with a velvety viscosity, leaving notes of fresh crumpets, butter and honey. A comforting sweetness lingers, fading to a warm, honeyed glow that invites another sip.
