Kilchoman 100% Islay is a farm-to-bottle single malt produced entirely on Islay, from barley grown, malted, distilled, matured and bottled at the distillery. Bottled in 2024 at 50% ABV, it continues the distillery’s signature estate-grown series showcasing full production provenance.
Matured in oak casks, the whisky highlights Kilchoman’s youthful, vibrant Islay style, balancing bright cereal and citrus character with coastal peat smoke and gentle oak sweetness. The result is a fresh, expressive single malt that emphasises the distillery’s traditional farm distilling approach and strong island character.
