Palate

Silky malt dominates the palate, weaving creamy toffee, honey, and ripe pear with vanilla and gentle spice. Subtle sherry-tinged fruit adds depth, while a light oak backbone and nutty notes linger. The mid-palate is velvety, finishing with warm malt sweetness and a long echo of dried-fruit warmth.

Finish

Long, refined finish with warm spice and sherry-softened fruit. Dried plum and fig linger, joined by toasted almond and cocoa, while orange zest threads through, leaving a cocoa-tinged oak sweetness that gradually fades to a mellow warmth.
