Colour

Nose

Piercing peat and sea breeze define the nose, with medicinal smoke and iodine lending coastal heft. Sherry-cask influence infuses dark fruit—raisin, fig—with cocoa and toffee, while vanilla and spice add a warm, inviting finish at the rim.

Palate

A dense, oily palate of peat smoke and coastal brine, tempered by vanilla and toffee. Sherry cask adds dried fruit and cocoa notes, while lemon zest and green apple provide lift. White pepper and nutmeg bring warmth through the high ABV. The finish is long, smoky and saline, with charred oak and a lingering dry sweetness.

Finish

Long maritime finish with bold peat and mineral sea salt that coats the palate. Citrus lifts the fruit, then a refined sherry sweetness - dried fruit, cocoa, and toasted almond. The 61.7% ABV delivers a warming, peppery fade, with oak and vanilla lingering and a final whisper of smoke.
