Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden amber with warm copper highlights and a dusky mahogany edge.
Nose
Mossy green vegetal notes rise with a subtle smoked mocha, punctuated by white pepper and fennel. Green herbs drift through, while hints of sherry-soaked sultanas add sweetness, grounded by earthy, smoky undertones.
Palate
Green fig and salty lime open the palate, wrapped in peppery spice. Smoked, nutty nougat and aniseed emerge, finished with a whisper of sooty vanilla.
Finish
Green peppers and fennel lead into smoked mincemeat and sooty sherry, with mossy coastal notes lingering on the finish.
