Edradour, founded in 1825, is the smallest whisky distillery in Scotland. Set in the hills above Pitlochry, amidst magnificent Perthshire countryside, it is probably the finest example of traditional Scotch Whisky Distilling.
And so it will remain. For we hold the time-honoured and sacrosanct belief that the smaller the still the better the whisky.

Colour
Rich golden amber with a warm coppery glow
Nose
Bright orchard fruits and honey rise with creamy malt, framed by vanilla and a whisper of oak. Sherry-influenced warmth brings dried fig and raisin, with almond and a hint of spice, yielding a refined, gently persistent aroma that promises elegance and balance.
Palate
Silky and delicate on the palate, this Edradour unfolds honeyed orchard fruit, vanilla cream and a trace of caramel, with a gentle almond nuance. Sherry cask influence lends a light dried-fruit sweetness and soft spice, finishing clean, lingering and subtly waxy.
Finish
Silky and lingering, the finish unfolds with warm oak and soft sherry sweetness. Dried fruit and toasted almond mingle with cocoa, while a gentle spice lingers, leaving a refined, honeyed glow that slowly fades.
