Colour

Burnished amber-gold with coppery highlights and a warm, sunlit mahogany glow.

Nose

An immense wave of peat smoke and sea spray, with iodine, ash and tar weaving a mineral coastal edge. Beneath, sherry-dark fruit, treacle and cocoa unfold, brightened by citrus zest and vanilla. The peat-intense aroma carries a medicinal, resinous bite that coats the senses and lingers as smoky coastal sweetness.

Palate

Colossal peat smoke engulfs the palate, medicinal and coastal with saline iodine and charred timber. Sherry-drenched dark fruit and cocoa weave through the blaze as oak, vanilla and spice add depth. The 60.5% ABV coats the mouth in rich, oily warmth. A powerful, long finish of ash, pepper and salted caramel lingers, leaving a subtly sweet ember behind the fierce peat.

Finish

An epic, lingering finish of roaring peat and charcoal smoke, salted by sea air. Iodine and tar fade into cocoa-dusted oak and a kiss of sherry sweetness, then pepper and spice trail on a warm, resinous echo that slowly fades to a long, luminous afterglow.
