Nose
Opulent sherried aroma of dried fig and raisin, orange zest and toffee, with dark chocolate and toasted almond. Velvet vanilla and rich oak lift the profile, while a subtle leather-spice undercurrent hints at 21 years of maturation.
Palate
Full-bodied and velvety, the palate opens with dried plum and fig, layered over toasted oak and dark chocolate. Rich sherry whispers emerge as cherry, raisin and almond marzipan mingle with spice. A subtle peppery bite and integrated tannins provide structure, finishing with cocoa, toffee sweetness and lingering warmth.
Finish
Long, luxurious finish that clings with velvety oak and sherry-influenced sweetness. Dried cherries, figs and cocoa unfold into espresso and soft spice, with a warm cinnamon kiss. The warmth lingers gracefully, leaving a polished, slightly chocolatey fruitiness that invites another sip.
