Colour
Rich, deep amber with coppery mahogany undertones and a warm bronze glow.
Nose
Sherry-drenched nose with dried figs and raisins, bright orange zest and toffee, lifted by cocoa. Cinnamon, clove and toasted oak mingle with walnut and a whisper of tobacco, creating a warm, refined fragrance that lingers.
Palate
Silky and full on the palate, this sherry-cask Macduff delivers dried fruit and toffee, with raisin, fig and date lacing through dark chocolate. Spices—nutmeg and cinnamon—arrive with gentle oak; a velvety maltiness coats the tongue. The finish is long and warm, with orchard-fruit sweetness and a whisper of leather.
Finish
Long, velvety finish rich with dried fruit and toffee from the Sherry Butt; figs and orange zest mingle with dark chocolate and cocoa, fading to toasted oak and a gentle spice kiss.
