Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep golden amber with warm honey tones and a hint of mahogany.
Nose
Littlemill's nose opens with waxy citrus zest, pear and green apple, evolving into vanilla-honey sweetness and gentle oak. Subtle almond and warming spice emerge, while a faint coastal breeze threads through the fruit-forward elegance. At cask strength, the aroma feels generous, poised, and deeply inviting.
Palate
Silky, full-bodied palate at natural cask strength. Creamy vanilla and honeyed orchard fruits meet lemon zest and almond, finely balanced by warm oak spice. Rich notes of toffee linger, with a touch of citrus rind and a graceful caramel finish, fading to a long, refined echo of fruit and spice.
Finish
Silky and long, the finish unfurls with citrus zest and orchard fruit, slowly giving way to vanilla, toffee and gentle oak spice. A refined, warm glow lingers, drawing out honeyed sweetness and a whisper of nutmeg before fading to a soft, creamy memory.
