Colour
Rich amber-gold with coppery glints and a mahogany edge.
Nose
Perfumed and refined, the nose opens with citrus zest and orchard fruit, delicate floral lift and a whisper of waxy polish. Sherry-influenced sweetness threads through prunes and raisins, weaving almond, vanilla, and a hint of spice with polished oak. Leather notes suggest age and grace, inviting slow, contemplative tasting.
Palate
Silky and refined on the palate, with a generous sherried warmth. Ripe orange zest and dried fig mingle with cocoa, toffee, and almond, unfolding into ripe plum and spice. Velvet oak and a hint of cinnamon frame a long, polished finish.
Finish
Long and refined, the finish reveals dried orchard fruits, orange zest, and softly spiced oak, with a silky sweetness lingering into nutty tones and a final whisper of vanilla that leaves a warm, polished memory.
