Colour
Deep amber-gold with mahogany depth and a coppery glow—a warm, reddish-brown hue born of long sherry maturation.
Nose
Delicate yet rich, the nose unfurls with polished oak and sweet sherry. Pears and orchard fruit rise above vanilla and honey, while dried fig, orange zest, and toasted almond deepen the bouquet. A whisper of spice and cocoa lingers.
Palate
Silky and refined on the palate, it coats with honeyed orchard fruit—apricot, peach, and pear—framed by almond and vanilla. Rich sherry notes lend dried fig and raisin, with a touch of cocoa; delicate spice and oak carry to a long, warming finish.
Finish
Long, refined finish of dark fruit, cocoa and fig, with lush sherry sweetness, a kiss of oak, and gentle spice. The warmth lingers, tapering to a raisiny finale.
